Our Tea Time gatherings have grown into something so incredibly special… something I truly cherish from my heart.

Spending this time with each of you—sharing, laughing, healing, and simply being together—has created a beautiful little soul family within Namaste Life Center 🤍

As we move forward, I’ve been gently guided to shift our Tea Time to the last Sunday of each month.

Part 1: Intention Setting for 2026
Begin your new year with intention and clarity. In this immersive and creative workshop, you’ll be guided through a mindful journey to envision and align with your highest path for the year ahead.
Together, we’ll explore 12 core areas of life, identifying meaningful goals and desires for each.
Through introductory hands-on creative activities, grounding movement, and mindful breathwork, we’ll begin the process of transforming those intentions into action.
You'll leave with a take-home toolkit filled with resources to help you continue crafting your Intentional Year, along with techniques designed to keep you grounded and connected through every season.
You’ll be supported with:
Seasonal sadhanas to help realign throughout the year
Techniques honed through years of mindful practice
Tools for creating balance, purpose, and flow

Includes:
• Coffee, tea, and water
• “How-to” Intentional Year Toolkit
• Customization tools for your bullet journal
• Grounding movement + breathwork

What to Bring:
• Your own bullet journal (Required. Not included unless you select the add-on)
